Have you ever stopped to consider what you’re telling yourself, day in and day out? When I ask you to complete this sentence:
“I Am _____________”,
what’s the first thought that comes to your mind? Are you constantly telling yourself “I am not good enough”, or “I am never going to feel better”? Or are you building yourself up with “I am mentally and physically strong” and “I am capable of healing”?
What YOU tell yourself matters! I want you to start framing every single thought that you choose to focus on as an investment or a cost. Are you investing in yourself, or bleeding the bank dry?
Thoughts are one of the rare things in life that are 100% in your control. Every. Single. Second. So choose to support yourself with them, rather than tear yourself down.
